A bilingual public awareness campaign for the Government of Yukon promoting the new online health care card update tool.
Challenge
Yukoners need to keep their health care card information current to maintain active coverage, but updating personal information can feel administrative, easy to put off, or confusing. The campaign needed to make the process feel simple, fast, and relevant across communities.
Solution
MBDC created a bilingual campaign with two posters and two videos, designed to make the new online update tool feel approachable and easy to use. The creative pairs clear, plain-language messaging with warm Yukon-inspired illustration, helping residents understand that they can update their personal information, change their address, and keep their coverage active in just a few clicks. The posters were distributed throughout the Yukon, while the videos ran on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
